Seasonal Changes
Many destinations have certain times of the year when things quieten down. Should a feature be considered by you to be crucial to your enjoyment of the holiday, it is essential that you declare your specific interest/ requirement at time of booking to enable us to verify, and confirm in writing, the availability of such a desired feature. It's sometimes possible to change things around after arrival, but please help us to fulfil your expectations by checking with us ahead of travel - not after your return.
Problems on Holiday
If you encounter difficulties while on holiday it is essential to take up the matter locally and contact our toll-free USA help desk (see client documentation). If you do not, it may affect your legal rights and may reduce or invalidate any compensation, which you might have, otherwise been entitled to. If problem remains unresolved please notify our Customer Relations Department within 28 days of return. If this proves unsatisfactory, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and ABTA have devised a simple inexpensive system of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability for costs. This does not apply to claims over £1,500 per person or £5000 per booking form or those, which are for physical injury or illness.
Improper Behaviour
While at any airport, on board aircraft or hotel abroad, you must not behave in an improper manner, which gives offence to others or creates the risk of injury or damage to property. Should this happen, we will have no liability to you and we will not give you a refund of any portion of the cost of your holiday. If we incur expense as a result of your behaviour, you will be obliged to compensate us for such expense.
